Our Story
We know the frustration. You spend months perfecting your aim in one game, then switch titles — and suddenly everything feels wrong. Not because your aim got worse, but because sensitivities don’t translate 1:1 across games.
Valorant Sensitivity Converter was built by Harry Brown and a small team of FPS enthusiasts and software developers based in the United States who faced this exact problem. We built the tool we wished existed — one that uses mathematically verified conversion formulas, not rough estimates.
How Our Tool Works
Step 1 — Yaw Constants
Each FPS game converts raw mouse input into camera rotation using a unique yaw value. We source these directly from developer documentation and verified community testing. This is the foundation of accurate conversion.
Step 2 — Physical Distance Calculation
Your sensitivity combined with your DPI determines how many mouse counts equal one inch of movement. We multiply this against the yaw constant to calculate the exact physical distance in cm your mouse must travel to complete a full 360° rotation.
Step 3 — Reverse Mapping
We reverse that cm/360° value into the target game’s formula, giving you the exact sensitivity number that replicates your muscle memory perfectly — with zero aim retraining required.
Meet the Author
Harry Brown Founder — Valorant Sensitivity Converter
Harry Brown is a competitive FPS gamer and software developer based in the United States with over a decade of first-person shooter experience dating back to 2013.
Over the years Harry has played virtually every major FPS title on the market — from early Call of Duty and CS titles to modern games like Valorant, CS2, and Apex Legends. Currently competing at Diamond rank in Valorant, he understands firsthand what separates players who improve consistently from those who stay stuck — and sensitivity management is a bigger part of that equation than most players realize.
By day Harry runs an IT company where he leads a small team of developers building software and digital tools. When the sensitivity conversion problem kept coming up in his own gaming sessions and among teammates, he decided to solve it properly. Rather than relying on the rough estimates and outdated calculators available at the time, he applied his development background to build a tool grounded in verified game mathematics.
Valorant Sensitivity Converter is the result — a free, precise, and continuously maintained tool built by someone who actually plays the games it supports.
Harry personally oversees all conversion formula updates whenever game patches affect sensitivity behavior, ensuring the tool stays accurate for every player who depends on it. → Read Harry’s full profile including certifications and background
